Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how SHIFT IT: Match & Clear ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

The App itself does not maintain any external servers or databases. All gameplay data (scores, progress, settings) is stored locally on your device. However, the following information may be collected through third-party services integrated into the App:

• Device Identifiers: The Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) may be collected by our advertising partner, Google AdMob, to serve personalized or contextual ads.
• Usage Data: Anonymous analytics data such as session duration, feature usage, and crash reports may be collected to help us improve the App.
• Purchase History: If you make in-app purchases, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We receive a confirmation of the purchase but do not collect or store any payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit: Used to process in-app purchases. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Analytics: Used to collect anonymous usage data such as gameplay events, session information, and feature usage to help us improve the App. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Used to collect crash reports and diagnostic data to help us identify and fix issues. Crash data may include device model, OS version, and app state at the time of crash. See Firebase Privacy Policy.

3. Advertising & Tracking

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to deliver personalized ads.

When you first launch the App, you will be asked to grant permission for tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. This permission allows AdMob to deliver more relevant ads. You may decline this request and the App will continue to function normally with contextual (non-personalized) ads.

You can change your tracking preference at any time:

• Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and enable or disable tracking for the App.
• Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising and turn off Personalized Ads.

If you purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase, advertisements will no longer be displayed and AdMob will no longer collect data through the App.

4. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Purchase records are managed by your Apple ID account. Please refer to Apple's Terms and Conditions for details on purchase processing.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

6. Data Storage & Retention

All game data (progress, settings, high scores, currency balances) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data. If you delete the App, all locally stored game data is removed from your device.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR and similar regulations), you may have the following rights:

• Access & Portability: Game data is stored on your device and is accessible to you at all times.
• Deletion: You can delete all App data by uninstalling the App from your device.
• Opt-Out of Tracking: You can reset your Advertising Identifier or limit ad tracking through your device settings as described in Section 3.
• Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent for personalized advertising at any time via your device settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
