Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SHIFT IT: Match & Clear ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including but not limited to virtual currency packs, power-ups, and the "Remove Ads" feature. All in-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.

• All sales are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing and available items at any time.

3. Virtual Currency & Items

The App features virtual currencies ("Gems" and "Sparks") and virtual items (e.g., power-ups). These virtual items:

• Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services.
• Are licensed to you, not sold, and remain our property.
• Cannot be transferred, traded, or sold to other users.
• May be modified, adjusted, or removed at our discretion to maintain game balance.

4. Advertising

The App contains advertisements served by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed during gameplay. You may purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase to disable advertisements.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part thereof.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures within the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Termination & Discontinuation

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
• Terminate or restrict your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and disclaimers) will remain in effect.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
